"We have rented all over Long Beach Island and absolutely nothing compares to The Promised Sand. We have 4 kids and brought my parents with us for our stay and every time we turned around, we were impressed with another detail P and R thought of. The game room alone was enough to bring us back never mind all of the thoughtful amenities that they provided. You can truly show up with a bag of clothes and not have to think of anything else because they already thought of it for you! I have never stayed at a house that provided everything from percale sheets and linens to beach towels and sunscreen. The house is spotless and it is so smart that they stock every cleaning supply you can think of. Next year we plan to come once in the Summer and once in the Fall. Can't wait to return!"

"This year will mark our 5th and 6th stay at the Promised Sand! In years past we have rented a variety of homes and not a single one can live up to what The Promised Sand is and the level of service that Rachael provides. Since our children are now older, we love to come twice a year just before the busy season and just after each year. Every single visit has been spectacular and although the house was perfect the first moment we stepped inside, I am amazed that each time we show up, there is something new that Rachael has thought of. From the game room, to the beach books, to the thoughtful amenities, Rachael leaves no stone unturned and there is careful detail in every inch of the house.  We truly feel lucky to have stumbled upon what will be our yearly tradition at our favorite house on LBI!"

"What a beautiful house, a true slice of heaven! 

P&R have a gorgeous house that is beautifully decorated, they have thought of everything ! Every time you turn around you are in awe of the decorating & thoughtfully appointed items. The game room for the kids is top notch from the video games, to chess and poker, they have every age group cover!
We stayed during the first week of August 2020 and experienced a hurricane ! Not only were P&R in constant contact with us they let us know what stores were open and where to get ice & water etc...they did everything they could to make a tough situation better! We weathered the storm and had a fabulous time (even with a power outage).
The Promised Sand by The Sea is a true slice of heaven (the bones & the family).
